A very baroque type stallion with his expressive look and ease of “sit” which resembles the original Spanish appaloosa lineage. A very rare find since most horses are of modern type and makes genetic diversity limited. He is purebred with good size, 16.2hands, and all the necessary qualities to make him a significant foundation sire of the South African appaloosa breed and a perfect candidate for any appaloosa sport horse breeding program. This stallion is a true dark bay few spot with strong pattern genes. He has exceptional bone quality with very big bold movement. He has only ever been bred to a few selected mares with which he produced 100% appaloosa characteristics and 100% colour pattern. His breeding is very unique since he is the only son sired by the late Alpha Waps Pistachio out of a direct Hemaroed Quadroon II mare.
Alpha Waps Pistachio; A bold 16.1hand bay leopard appaloosa stallion with some of the most influential lines (Waps Pajamas/Wap Spotted/Wap SpotII/Dolls Toby/Chipperfields Spot) in South Africa. These lines are known for their consistency and good workable temperaments. Pistachio started his competitive career at the age of 3.5 years where he won several all-breed shows under saddle and passed away at the age of 4.5. In this time he only sired one son, Painted Waps Last Image.
Bluegum Mirror Image; A bold red bay blanketed mare with expressive stockings and blaze. She is by the well-known Hemaroed Quadroon II, producer of multiple under saddle champions out of Maluti Tobys Raggdoll. Raggdoll was a full sister to the all-breed champion stallion, Maluti Toby’s Many Moons. A powerful sport horse type appaloosa line, with horses from this specific combination lineage few and far between.
Painted Waps Last Image will be used as stud stallion in combination with selective mares.
